To keep them in perfect condition:

• Wash them by hand with cold water and neutral soap.
• Do not use bleach or dryer.
• Let them air dry on a flat surface.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free in Spain and Portugal, and for purchases over €300 in other countries. If you don't see your country listed, please contact us at bracli@bracli.com and we'll find a way to ship your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We offer different shipping options depending on the destination country. You can check transit times for each product or in the "Shipping Policies" section.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it has not been used and retains its original packaging.

No changes or returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Pearl thongs and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).
• Products from the Special Prices section, except for sets, where one bra size exchange is allowed.
