We will provide you with the way to obtain our products through our
official points of sale.
Our orders will be processed the day after receipt of payment, as long as both days are business days. From that moment on, the delivery time will depend on the destination, as indicated below:

Bracli is not responsible for possible delays caused by transport companies.
Once the package has been sent, you will receive an email from the corresponding transport company with a tracking number with which you can check the current status of the order.
All our shipments are sent completely discreetly, in a completely opaque envelope or package and without any indication of its content.

Possible import costs, taxes or other charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges will be the responsibility of the client.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or collection points.
We do not gift wrap. But each product is shipped in an elegant rigid cardboard box.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of pearl thongs or bodies.
For the rest of the products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased product, without having used it, during the 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the same.
The only required conditions refer to the product:
- It must not be used.
- It must not have suffered any type of damage.
- It must be in its original package, as it was sent.
To request a return, all you have to do is send an email to devoluciones@bracli.com with the following information: name, order number, model, size and color of the product to be returned and a brief explanation of the reasons for the return.
The customer service department will reply to you in a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

We inform you that the transportation costs for shipping the product are at your expense (they will not be reimbursed). You can choose the method you want to make the shipment. However, we advise you to hire a courier or postal service that allows tracking or provides an acknowledgment of receipt.
We will send you an email within 1-2 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse to confirm that it has been received and refunded (as long as it meets the return requirements). Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order. It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depends on the bank).
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept changes in the size of pearl thongs or bodies.
For the rest of the products, a size change is possible. In this case, we will bear the shipping costs of the replacement order. But the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged are at your expense (they will not be refunded). You can choose the method you want to make the shipment. However, we advise you to hire a courier or postal service that allows tracking or provides an acknowledgment of receipt.
IMPORTANT: Only one exchange per product is possible.

We accept the local currencies of most of the countries to which we ship, in case your currency is not in the system, you will pay in euros.

No, our pearls are not natural. They are made by hand in Manacor (Balearic Islands)
The pearl necklaces of our thongs, bodies and gloves have the purpose of stimulating. You can check more information here .

Do not share it to prevent the spread of infection.
Stop using it if you experience discomfort.

Make sure it is lubricated before use.
Users of our products use them at their own risk and under their sole and exclusive responsibility. Both Creaciones Bracli SL and its distributors and vendors evade all types of liability for damages that may arise from the use of them.
Each product has its own size guide based on measurements.
All our products are made in Spain and our materials come from countries of the European Union.
