If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased product, without having used it, during the 14 calendar days following the date of receipt.
The only required conditions refer to the product:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of pearl thongs or bodies.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges on products in the Outlet section.
To request a return, all you have to do is send an email to bracli@bracli.com with the following information: name and surname, order number, model, size and color of the product to be returned and a brief explanation of the reasons for the return.
The customer service department will answer you in a maximum of 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, sending the instructions on how to proceed.

We inform you that the transportation costs for shipping the product are at your expense (they will not be reimbursed). You can choose the method you want to make the shipment. However, we advise you to hire a courier or postal service that allows tracking or provides an acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of an exchange for another size or color or if the reason for the return was due to our error (model/size/color or defective product), we will pay the shipping costs of the replacement order. IMPORTANT: It is not possible to return items that have already been returned.
We will send you an email within 1-2 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse to confirm that it has been received and refunded (as long as it meets the return requirements).
Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method used to place the order. It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
