Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it has not been used.


Return conditions


For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must not have been used.
  • It must not be damaged or altered.
  • It must be in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was sent.

Exceptions


For reasons of hygiene, returns and exchanges are not permitted on the following products:

  • Pearl thongs and bodysuits.
  • Products in the ‘Special Prices’ section, except for sets where an exchange of bra size will be accepted.

Return process


To request a return, please send an email to bracli@bracli.com with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Model, size and colour of the product to be returned.
  • Brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will respond within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Shipping costs and refunds


The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

  • We recommend using a courier service with tracking or acknowledgement of receipt.
  • In case of exchange for another size or colour, or if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect model/size/colour or defective product), we will pay the shipping costs of the new order.
  • We will not accept returns of items that have been previously returned.

Once the return has been received in our warehouse, we will send you an email within 1-2 working days confirming receipt and, if applicable, a refund.

The refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method and may take 5-10 working days to be reflected in your account.
